In yet another worrying trend, a cybercriminal developed and sold AI-generated ransomware on the dark web, demonstrating how easily accessible and user-friendly AI tools have become for malicious purposes. This no-code malware allows individuals with little technical expertise to engage in complex cybercrime, further complicating the landscape for cybersecurity professionals.

The implications of these findings are dire. As AI technology continues to advance, so too does the sophistication of cybercrime.
